Return and Refund

If you are not completely satisfied with the purchase, we are here to help.

Our products can be returned within 14 days.

To be eligible for return, you must make sure:

The product was purchased during the last 14 days
The product is in the original packaging
The product is not used or damaged by the customer
You got a return merchandise number (RMN) from us
Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs incurred in connection with the return of a product are not refunded.

You are responsible for paying the cost of shipment and for the risk of loss or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from Ballstad Omega-3.

Damaged products
If you received an injured product, you must notify us immediately for help. Ballstad covers all costs related to transport damage products

Special Sales Products
Unfortunately, special sales can not be refunded. Only ordinary price goods can be refunded.
