What is the difference between fish oil and Omega-3?

Like men, fish cannot synthesize Omega-3 themselves. Fish living in cold seas accumulate Omega-3 fatty acids in their bodies through the plankton they eat. Omega-3 is contained in the oils obtained from these fish, concentrated and placed in capsules. However, the Omega-3 value of each fish oil is not the same. In addition, Ballstad Omega-3 is delivered directly from Norway without losing its freshness. It is not stored in warehouses like other fish oils. The oils from farmed fish are not contained in Ballstad capsules.
